To be tactful is to nicely approach someone.You can find out what that person likes or his or her hobbies. Then you can chat with that person easily.You can also praise the person. After a while, he or her will begin to follow you.
To bite your tongue in the internet is to mind what you say. It is not like biting your tongue in real life, with your teeth. You must bite your tongue while typing E-mail and posting comments.For example,while in anger you might type something bad and accidentally send it. That would be a mistake, am I right or wrong?
Do not type everything in uppercase. It would be considered rude, because it would seem like shouting online.You are supposed to use it to emphasize words, start names and sentences. You must never type for example, I AM COMING TO MALAYSIA should be I am coming to Malaysia. You would just need to put an exclamation mark at the back.

Everyone makes spelling mistakes. People also make grammar mistakes Do not point them out. Do not do it especially if they are not writing in their first language. It will hurt their feelings.
Always type in plain text.Do not write in HMTL coding. Not everyone can understand it. Then they will not understand what you are typing. That is why we must always use plain text.
Warn if you might spoil a surprise. IT would not be nice.For example, you watched a football game live on TV. Your friend is waiting for the next day’s newspaper. It would not be nice if you told him, right?
